Seniors age 65 and older are the fastest growing sector of the U.S. population and are increasingly drawn to yoga as health benefits are recognized. Integrative Yoga for Seniors combines the best of evidenced-based medicine with the ancient wisdom of yoga. This FREE class sponsored by The Estate & Elder Law Center of Southside Virginia, PLLC, offers specific recommendations for older adults to safely begin a practice of movement, meditation, and better mental and physical awareness.
