I was referred to The Estate and Elder Law Center of Southside Virginia after unsuccessful consultation attempts with other law firms. My situation was complicated by the fact that I was dealing with residency/placement in two differing states and my understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations was limited at best. Grace Young was the first person at any of the firms I contacted who took the time to understand my situation, answer my questions, and provide clear guidance and direction.
When it was determined that my query would be best handled in another state, rather than simply referring me to another attorney in that state (as all other firms had done), Grace took the time to contact another attorney on my behalf, with me on the phone with her, to properly explain my situation. This was EXTREMELY beneficial and time saving for me, as my limited understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations made communication of my needs difficult. Grace did all of this for someone who was not going to be a client of her firm. With this type of excellent service, understanding, and caring attention for someone who would not become a client, I can only imagine the superior representation this firm would provide an actual client! I will absolutely refer my Virginia friends, family, and colleagues to Grace and The Estate & Elder Law Center.
